World Wine Company Ltd. (RTG) is a dynamic Vietnamese distributor specializing in premium wines from Chile, France, and Italy, as well as Korean wines, spirits, and fruit juices. Despite its growth, RTG faced significant operational challenges—particularly in managing human resources, inventory, and finances—largely due to reliance on manual processes and scattered data managed through Google Sheets.
